Indoor carry-out can be scoped when you share the floor level, stair layout and tight turns before scheduling.
Can a box spring be included?
Yes, box springs and foundations are a separate service item. Tell us whether it is one piece or split.
Do you disassemble bed frames?
Disassembly can be scoped for accepted frames. Adjustable, wall-mounted and storage beds need extra detail before the job.
Can I add a dresser or nightstand?
Accepted bedroom furniture can be included. Empty drawers and disclose mirrors, anchors and stairs.
Does Chesapeake collect mattresses?
The City lists mattresses and box springs as bulk household items for eligible residents served by City Waste Management. Check current rules and request requirements on the City website.
Do you guarantee donation or recycling?
No. Final handling depends on item condition and the facilities or organizations accepting materials at the time.
Is the price fixed online?
No. Item count, size, floor level, disassembly, carry distance and parking all affect the scope.
Should I move the mattress outside first?
Only if you can do so safely and your property or building allows it. Indoor carry-out can be discussed when scheduling.
